Refurbished in 1999, rooms have been updated and upgraded. As with rooms in the Nishi-Kan West Wing, rooms come complete with two sinks for toilette and automatic bidet in the toilet. For easier access and location, the elevator is located in the center of the square Annex, and all rooms on floors through seven offer different views, as per your preference. In addition, all rooms have their own distinctive decor, ranging between 20 and 30 square meters (180-270 square feet); special rooms on the seventh floor have laundry and mini-kitchens, making visits by families especially convenient. Total 34 rooms

Japanese-style rooms
EOur 30 square-meter (270 square feet) rooms will accommodate four to six persons, particularly suitable for families.
ERanging between 20 square meters (180 square feet) and 24 square meters (216 square feet), our standard rooms have two wide sinks for toilette and an automatic bidet in the toilet. |

Evening meals for Bekkan Minami guests are available in our restaurant with "hori gotatsu" (sunken table) style seating with Japanese-style set menus, "Kaisen Yuuzen" seafood dinner boxes
Western and Japanese breakfast is available in smorgasbord style in our dining areas.
Those guests wishing to dine in the gKifuh ikesu (fish tank) restaurant will be charged 2,100 yen extra per person in addition to fees listed above. |

For 3 or more children per room in the "Bekkan Minami" South Annex, elementary school children will be charged 70% of the adult rate (includes child-sized portions of adult meals). Pre-school children ages 3 to 5 will be charged 50% of the adult rate (includes a special children's menu). One adult and child in a room will be charged at the 2-adult room rate. |
