"Kaisen Yuuzen" seafood
The menu available exclusively at our restaurant Shihou no Umi (Four Seas). gShiretoko Konbu Mushih (assorted steamed seafood wrapped in kelp) is steamed before your eyes on an electromagnetic stove so that it can be served immediately. In addition, gOshorokoma Riceh using Hokkaidofs own culinary delicacy gOshorokomah (Hokkaido spotted trout) can only be had here.
