• 1.%は、基本宿泊料に対する違約金の比率です。
• 2.連泊予約において、契約日数が短縮した場合は、その短縮された日毎に違約金を収受します。
• 3.団体客(15名以上)の一部について契約の解除があった場合、 宿泊の10日前(その日より後に申込をお引き受けした場合にはそのお引き受けした日)における宿泊人数の10％(端数が出た場合には切り上げる。)にあたる人数については、違約金はいただきません。
• 4.宿泊商品等により、契約時に個別に設定された違約金規定の明示がある場合は、その規定が優先されます。
• 5.自然災害(暴風雨・暴風雪など)の発生の際も、規定の違約金を承ります。但し、自然災害による航空機、鉄道、バス等交通機関の欠航・運休時、及び主要道路の閉鎖等により、当館にお越しいただけない場合につきましては違約金を承りません。

• 1.The percentages signify the rate of penalty charge to the Basic Accommodation Charges.
• 2.When the contracted days are shortened, the penalty charge must be paid for each canceled days by the guest.
• 3.When part of a group booking (for 15 persons or more) is cancelled,the penalty charge shall not be charged for the number of persons equivalent to 10% of the number of persons booked as of 10 days prior to the occupancy when accepted less than 10 days prior to the occupancy, as of the date) with fractions counted as a whole number.
• 4.If penalty provisions for individual accommodation plans are specified at the time of contract, they supersede these Terms and Conditions.
• 5.The prescribed penalty shall be charged even if a natural disaster (e.g.,resulting from rainstorms or snowstorms) occurs. However, if the Guest is unable to arrive at the Ryokan/Hotel due to the cancellation of his/her flight, train, bus or other transportations as a result of such a natural disaster, the penalty shall not be charged.

1. 予約機能を運用するためのデータとして
・ご予約を頂いたお客様の特定
・ご予約の確認又はキャンセルを承る場合のお客様の認証
・ご予約の確認通知を配信する宛先の特定
2. お客様の利用履歴の把握、サービスの向上の為の集計等の統計処理の為

5. その他、当社が提供させて頂くサービスにおいてお客様を特定する必要がある場合

1. 当社は、取得致しました個人を特定できるような情報を決して第三者に提供したり共有したりしません。
2. 個人情報への不当なアクセス、改竄、漏洩等を防ぐ為に最大限の注意をはらい、安全対策を講じます。
